Auto Safety Center is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This is a fast-paced role where your attitude, communication skills, and ability to build trust matter just as much as your experience.
We're not looking for someone who wants to simply answer phones and write repair orders. We're looking for someone who wants to make an impact, grow professionally, and become an important part of a winning team.
What You'll Do
Guide customers through the repair process from start to finish
Build trust through exceptional communication
Help customers prioritize repairs and maintenance needs
Keep a busy schedule moving efficiently
Work closely with technicians to deliver an outstanding experience
Achieve sales and performance goals while always putting customers first
What We're Looking For
High energy and a positive attitude
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven sales experience
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Competitive mindset and desire to succeed
Team-first mentality
Automotive experience is preferred, but drive, personality, and coachability are equally important

About Auto Safety Center
Schmidts Safety Center started from the humble and hard work of founder Ralph Schmidt in 1965. In 1983 Roger Berth purchased the business from Ralph and renamed the shop Auto Safety Center. In 1995 Roger hired a high school senior Joe Valind and in 2005 Joe and his wife Jessica bought the business from Roger. Moving locations in 2012 to our current West Bend location and expanding to 2nd location in Cedarburg in 2022 and our 3rd location in 2024 on the southside of West Bend.
